چکیده
Samenvatting In dit case report beschrijven wij een 36-jarige man, die zich op de Spoedeisende Hulp presenteerde met pijn in rechterflank en rechter testis, bleek te berusten segmenteel infarct van testis. Een testisinfarct is zeldzame oorzaak acute scrotale echografisch lastig onderscheiden testistumor. De vaak idiopathisch. Predisponerende factoren zijn onder andere infectie, trauma hematologische ziekten, zoals polycytemie. behandeling conservatief pijnstillers, verdwijnt spontaan.
